BUFFALO WINGS PLATTER
Our world-famous tender chicken wings (bone-in or boneless) lightly fried and generously basted in our buffalo sauce. Served with celery sticks and a side of bleu cheese dressing.

We hand-bread tender chicken, fry it until golden brown, slice, and place atop a bed of fresh garden greens. Then add diced eggs, shredded Colby cheese, tomatoes and bacon. Hungry yet? This salad’s not complete without our special house dressing – Smoky Honey Dijon.
GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD PLATTER
Slices of grilled, mesquite-smoked chicken breast over a bed of chilled romaine lettuce. Served with our classic Caesar dressing and topped with grated Parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons. Also available without chicken.
